We had such a lovely night at Cath’s Tasting menu and Memories of MasterChef Dinner at Holmes Hall. I absolutely loved the polenta dish and the slow cooked lamb was absolutely sensational too. It was lovely hearing about Cath’s journey and all the excitement of MasterChef – what an experience!
“Having Cath visit and support our Grade 2 students in their cooking experience was fantastic; they were so excited! She supported the students throughout the cooking lesson in a fun and engaging manner. The students have still been talking about it and enjoyed decorating and eating their delicious biscuits. Cath was great to communicate with, and she went above and beyond to make the experience special.”
Cath came to my house and cooked a delicious lunch for my cousin’s baby shower. Cath was so organised and everything she made for us was scrumptious. The depth of flavour in her tomato broth was like nothing I’ve ever tasted before, and in my own home! My cousin was so moved that everything was so well-considered and especially loved the special touch at the end, when we got to taste Cath’s Jamie Oliver challenge-winning ice cream dish from Masterchef, we will never forget the beautiful meal and all made and served with a lovely Cath smile. Thanks Cath! X Sally
